What do you like best?

RingDNA serves as our dialer, business phone lines AND the conversation intelligence piece. It has all the necessary call center features and sales coaching features you might be lookin for. The packaging of those solutions is great and the pricing isn't too bad.

What do you dislike?

My only gripe is we were strung along for almost the entire first year of our engagement, waiting for a service that we were sold on (Conversation intelligence for Zoom calls). It took nearly an entire year for that to go live (I understand the challenges involved in dev, but paying for it whhile it got delayed for 3 1/2 quarters has been frustrating).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business lines -- our sales team doesn't use hard phone lines and we don't use a specific VOIP provider. RingDNA provides this for us.

Conversation intelligence -- we contemplated Gong and Chorus and it's sweet to have this available through RingDNA as well.

Recorded sales calls with a good interface to listen and coach on.
