Best platform to use for business!
What do you like best?
I genuinely enjoy how easy it is to use and understand DialPad. It is also very useful to see if a co-worker is on a phone call or conference call. That way, there is transparency, and I won't have to interrupt them while they are on a call. Overall I would highly recommend DialPad for business as it makes it easier to communicate with coworkers efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I haven't experienced any downsides to DialPad. The only thing I would note is that you do have to recharge the headset after a few hours of use, but that isn't a DialPad issue. Make sure that the headset is fully charged and you're all set to a smooth day!

My advice to those considering DialPad Talk is to take the leap! Dialpad Talk is convenient and easy. It makes it more accessible for coworkers to contact each other. There is no need to search up email addresses as all your coworkers will be on your contact list!

Dialpad Talk has made it more accessible and convenient to contact my coworkers. I can see their status and respond to their messages quicker.
