This is a great tool - simple and effective - to improve employee communication and engagement.

What do you like best?

First of all the team is outstanding. Their responsiveness and support (and patience!) has been amazing. The thing I like most about Weekly10 is how it is based on "people science" - they even have a people science department. It's not just a tool. They really want to help you improve the people aspect of your company. Everything they do is founded in understanding human behavior - and most particularly, in helping your team understand and manage to that as well.

What do you dislike?

Dislike is a pretty strong term. There are elements that can be improved and features that can be added - and Weekly10 is really open to suggestions and feature improvements. SO I can't honestly say there is anything that I dislike about the product or the team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look at everything out there - but you'll find that Weekly10 stacks up (and surpasses) other options. Meet the staff - their support has been over the top amazing!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've only started using it - but our primary objective is to improve communication about real issues - before they become big issues. We want managers to have an easy way to provide feedback directly to employees and this makes it very easy. We're pretty good about recognition, too, but this gives us a simple platform to make that transparent. It provides the opportunity to actually recognize achievements on both the employee and the manager level from week to week - and it won't lose track of those achievements! We believe that this will make a profound difference in our performance review system.
