What do you like best?

I can't just pick one thing that I like best. The ease of use of the system, the exceptional customer service, the system capabilities are all amazing! We love that there is an app, ad the social media style platform is easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

I honestly haven't found anything I don't like. The team makes everything easy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a large field force and using Bullseye as a communication tool enables us to stay in touch real time with our work force. With so much information getting list in multiple emails, it is an easy way to push out information to our teams. Utilizing the pulse survey function allows us to see what the current needs are and areas that need attention. We initially were looking for a tool to communicate and survey our employees. The performance management piece was a welcome bonus!
