A tool to encourage high performing teams

What do you like best?

The concept - it is an amazing way to encourage critical feedback as well as praise within teams. I believe that this platform allows our company to speak in an open yet constructive manner and allows individuals to reach out for additional feedback that is often a lot more intersectional than the standard internal team reviews or 1-1 meetings with a manager.

What do you dislike?

I would say a downside is that the resource is not used as much as it could be. Perhaps an expansion of the platform could be the ability to also host other activities, related to its original intention. For example, hosting team quizzes on here, or some other call to action that helps engage its users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the gaps between teams within our company and learning more about each others personalities as well as 'work mode' preferences.
