Keeping track of your Daily Telephone Volume and analytics

What do you like best?

I love Tenfold because it keeps track of your contacts in the cloud and allows you to click to dial when working in the CRM, saving you time from manually dialing a number. I also love that once the call is over, you can quickly leave notes that go in your CRM. Overall my favorite feature is the analytics that you can use to predict future events as well as promote gamification within the sales floor

What do you dislike?

I dislike that at double dials count towards the analytics, which can throw off numbers, it should be placed into its own category.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When looking for ways to increase time throughout the day & see the call volume/talk time/ interactions throughout the day with a client, I recommend using Tenfold. It has increase productivity thoughout our company when implemented correctly

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With TenFold, our company uses it to streamline the process of dialing and clicking through notes in our CRM, it saves us alot of time through out the day that is better used selling to new clients. We also use the analytical data provided to measure the sales performance of our salemen and teams to ensure that they're meeting daily quotas and not slacking off. Having this tool allows us to work better on selling as each rep can see their quotas and stay consistent in their call making!
