What do you like best?
Not only do I receive the voice messages on my phone, but I also receive an email with an audio copy of the message - this is so helpful when working away from the office. I can easily forward the email with the audio copy to an appropriate associate for handling.
What do you dislike?
With VOIP service, the quality of the internet connection can make a difference on the quality of calls. Crexendo's Tech Support team has been very helpful to work with us, on the back end, to ensure we have the best quality possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With the Crexendo system we have been able to streamline Telephone communications between the Main office in one city and our satellite office in another. One office can cover phone calls for the office without having to forward phone lines. Creating conference calls are super easy with the CX phone systems.
