Poor integration with my company dialer which was Tenfold
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you really do some analysis if you have any integration with an automated or click-to-dial software like Tenfold. The reporting didn't always sync up and Masergy and Tenfold support were blaming each others products. It was very confusing for the IT support team and even more frustrating for the sales team and managers who had to track call and sales activity using that reporting. Having accurate data is pretty essential for strong sales and activity management for any high performing sales team! Other than that, the product was generally always available except for about once a year when it seemed like the product was down across the city for some reason.
