Good Experience, but Not Perfect.

What do you like best?

I enjoy the simple phone management automation of MobiChord, my favorite feature being how simple it is for users to order their phone phones, taking menial tasks off of the helpdesk.

What do you dislike?

The implementation was not smooth. 40% of our phones were not in the system when we went live on the IT side.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Mobichord support leaves much to be desired, but the platform is useful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Freeing up agent's time to work on other issues that cannot be automated.
