Advanced user of Dialpad SellI like the easy it is to manage and to understand how it works.
I don't like that sometimes even if I have good internet I can't hear well the calls, and sometimes it freezes when I'm on a call. also when I'm on a call I can not hear a thing I don't know if it's because of issues on my internet or the person who calls, some clients mention the call breaks up once we transfer them and before another operator or advisor takes the call, I've been experimenting those issues.
I recommend you to improve or take part in what goes on when a call freeze or you can not hear the person on the other side, or even when the transfer is made, cause sometimes it's annoying.
Dialpad is a great way to consider improving your sales, your customer service, or the communication between your workers, it is easy to understand and to work with, it's simple and efficient, it's all you need to work in a contact center.
We've been able to improve better customer service, also the quality of the calls is great, so we've given a great experience to our clients when they get in touch with us, we've been getting better sales, also we communicate with our peers for any topic we need to talk about.
