An SAP HANA to Avaya CM integration that really works

Describe the project or task the product helped with:

We are in the process of integrating our Avaya phone solution in to our SAP screen for a single contact point for our call center agents. One spot where they can control all calling functions as well as ordering functions. The integration link we had from Avaya was very basic and was not working well. Switching to AMC DaVinci has proven to be a much better solution.

What do you like best?

The product is everything that they say it is going to be. The implementation engineer was great to work with, he went above and beyond to make this as seamless as possible.

What do you dislike?

I really can't think of a dislike, there is a cost involved with this and while we got a good deal, the costs were a bit unexpected. Since it does work and makes for a seamless integration, it is worth the money spent.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The other solution that we had did not work as well as DaVinci does now.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our inability to make a very basic integration link work for our needs was resolved by switching to DaVinci. We are now able to use the SAP CTI screens seamlessly for our agents to simplify their everyday experience.
