Advanced user of Customer Support ServicesWhat I like best about customer support services is that I can speak or email an individual any issues or questions that I may have with a product and/or services. Furthermore, I feel more comfortable ordering items via phone through Customer Support Services than I do online.
What I dislike is that sometimes there is a language barrier between the customer services representative and myself. Also, there are occasions when you deal with customer service support and the representative is having a "bad day".
No recommendations other than to be patience and professional when dealing with Customer Support Services representative who has a heavy accent and/or unable to understand. Always follow-up if you do not get the appropriate or timely response to any issue you have to deal with using Customer Support Services.
The benefit and business problem I solve is that I can call and order items that I need for the business by phone with Customer Support Services and not worry about the business credit card information getting stolen.
