What do you like best?

Customers can choose 5 ways of contacting or do self-service.

What do you dislike?

It wasn't easy to learn. Very complicated and there were a lot of names for things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Put in the time to learn VCC, and use it to make operations run smoother and faster.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Upgraded the current networking to the latest features and technology, so that's definitely making the company look good.
