Groove makes things at work a lot easier for you!

What do you like best?

I love the templates! They make it a lot easier to send emails to various clients and saves you a lot of time. Also the tool to schedule calls, either specific times or just sending a link to your calendar, it is really helpful because you can show the times in the user's time zone.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the emails don't get logged into the correct Salesforce account, so I have to select the Account manually.

Also for the meeting scheduler it would be nice to add an option to automatically havee a Google Meet or Zoom linked to the invitation as the end user books the meeting.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't think twice and start using Groove; it helps you be more efficient and manage your time better. It has a wide variety of tools that will make your work easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Logging all emails into Salesforce so the records can be consulted into each account in case you need some background for an account.

Also it helps you schedule calls and meetings in an easier way for me and the person I send the links to.
