What do you like best?

The tool is easy to deploy and instantly starts gathering data. The sellers like the product because we don't need them to manually enter calls, meetings, or emails into Salesforce. The leaders like the product because they have visibility into team performance and productivity. It is a win all around!

What do you dislike?

The product does not have the ability to fully integrate into our Salesforce environment and there are some limitations for the matching logics, but improvements to these features have been committed to the roadmap!
