Advanced user of Zingtree Agent ScriptingI love that you can upload scripts and help trainees learn faster. When i first started to be on the phones this program really helped me learn everything about our processes alot faster.
I dislike that sometimes that the system may glitch. When we go to upload a script it may not post correctly, so then later down the road we can't find it.
We are helping the new people in our company learn quicker.
