Great concept, great opportunity for improvment.

What do you like best?

Woobot has been super helpful in transparency across our demand team. We have Woobot integrated with our Slack instance so we get notifications when an opportunity is created and who the person was that created it.

What do you dislike?

I work solely on the first half of our sales process so Woobot is helpful in reporting and sharing new opportunities. One thing I wish Woobot did was send notifications to Slack whenever an opportunity is updated. I'd love to see where my opportunities are after I have handed them off.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I don't have any specific problems with Woobot and it's been beneficial to see activity across our team (who is spread out geographically) when it comes to our new opportunities.
