Very useful for email/meeting scraping; do not use other features

What do you like best?

We do not fully utilize SD's features. We only use their ability to scrape GMail & Google Meetings to create Events & Tasks within SFDC. This ability allows us to get very robust data around our Sales & CSM Engagement without much lift on our side - everything happens automatically. We're also able to classify what type of meeting it is using a variety of criteria which has been very helpful

What do you dislike?

Like I mentioned, we don't use SD's interface, so there are a # of features we do not utilize, but the small part that we do utilize, I have no complaints

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Enriching our data regarding Sales Engagement. We can get much more data driven to understand what type of engagement leads to successful Closed Won deals - frequency of contact, type of contact, etc. It has really strengthened our sales process
