Great product within SFDC, just lacking some features.
What do you like best?
I love the fact that it's Salesforce. We don't have to worry about our reps going to other webpages, other apps, and troubleshooting something else. It's all in one place, all the data is connected and it makes it easy for reps to manage their days.
What do you dislike?
Where HVS is lacking is their analytics. Their competition is able to tell you what part of a cadence was successful. Was it Email #1 or Email #2? Which one had the highest positive response rate? These are all things that you cannot easily get on HVS. Outside of the analytics piece, everything else works well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Using HVS, we're able to keep our reps in one platform, streamline their daily sales process and also make sure everything is tracking accurately. No more troubleshooting why one piece of tech isn't pulling the info that it should be from a different platform. Our reps have been able to utilize Salesforce reports and quickly add those prospects right into a cadence and get to prospecting!
