Advanced user of RamperRamper is a digital prospecting platform that helps B2B companies generate leads and hit goals and grow and it was built on Aaron Ross's "Predictable Revenue" methodology. With this in mind, I like the way platform was built - it is very easy to use. In 2 or 3 clicks, I can generate leads using their app on LinkedIn ou throughout websites. And then it is very easy to create email cadencies. I just have to create templates and then insert in the system. Ramper takes care of the distribution using my mailbox account (Gmail), sending emails one by on. The responses are sent directly to my mailbox and Ramper stops the cadency and mark the lead with a tag (interested - but I can configure manually, lead by lead). And as campaigns are running, I can keep track of key metrics - openness, clicks, responses, etc.
Performance was sometimes a problem. Ramper could be faster. But basically, when I sent a campaign, the system did the most work for me - that is, setting up lists and sending emails one by one.
Basically, to generate leads to sales team and reach & nurture leads in a fast way using my mail box. My prospecting team was able to save a lot of time building lists and was able to focus on talking to these leads and generating qualified leads for the sales team. For the sales team, the good part is that these leads were much more qualified - with mapped pains and rich information. At this stage of the sales process, the conversation got much faster and to the point. I used the platform integrated with my CRM - so when a rep marked the lead as "hot", a signup was automatically created in CRM. One thing to note is that Ramper's client success team also helped me think of the best strategy so I could meet my goals.
