Quantum Workplace

What do you like best?

Quantum Workplace allows companies to have year-round performance development. Whether that be through goals, 1 on 1's, and/or feedback, it allows you many opportunities to do continuous improvement. There is flexibility to have many different templates to be used for 1 on 1's and feedback, and you have flexibility in how to utilize "cycles" within feedback and 1 on 1's. There is integration capability with our HR system provider. They have a built-in chat within the system that customers can use; there is a very extensive help library all customers can use, and their account managers are great working with us to ensure we have successful launches in our company with each piece we implement. Lots of analytics to use by admin and managers, AND the awesome capability to impersonate a user which allows us to be able to better troubleshoot issues. I love the Snapshot functionality as well that pulls everything into one place for someone.

What do you dislike?

There are a few little things (sorting capability, exporting snapshot to PDF, etc.) that I wish the system had, but honestly anytime we suggest something Quantum has been excellent at either implementing it, or explaining why it can't happen now but maybe in the future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to have continuous performance development at our company. In the past we only have performance reviews one time a year and feedback was outdated by the time it got to the person. Now we can have continuous and frequent 1 on 1's, AND immediate feedback. We also have more flexibility around goals than our last system which didn't allow us to edit goals throughout the year for ex.
