What do you like best?

Visual canvas to build the routing rules is awesome. We are able to see our entire routing flow and update it as needed. The PR team was exceptional in onboarding and worked closely with us to understand our requirements and adapt to our changing needs. We had quite a few changes as we started working with them. I also love the insights and tracking provide in the tool.

What do you dislike?

Nothing much to dislike - it is simple and easy to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Power Router for assigning leads and accounts in a round robin manner for our teams. We segment based on lead source, geo and assign leads coming from the same company to account owners. The lead to account matching feature has saved a ton of time for our reps!
