Great functionality paired with very strong/responsive support

What do you like best?

The team was super hands and responsive when it came to onboarding and took the time upfront to understand the business logic we needed for our business rather than just shoehorning us into some out of the box logic.

The product itself works great as well. Routing logic was able to be configured as complexly as we needed to take into account our current state while also maintaining the flexibility to change and modify as our business grows.

What do you dislike?

My only real "dislike" about the product is that the UI can be a bit tricky to learn in the beginning but it's something I got used to within a day or so.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using LaneFour to tackle real-time MQL routing to the SDR team and also real-time assignment of AEs for deals based on company size segments.
