Easy to recognize colleagues!
What do you like best?
Kazoo has made it very easy to recognize my hard working colleagues! Now that I don't see a majority of them in person, this platform allows me to give kudos to my coworkers in a fun way! So now instead of walking over to cubicles, and giving a high five, I can now share the recognition to the entire in house and field based staff, and add on some points where they can use to redeem a prize! I also like the fact that I can use the app on my phone and don't have to be logged on to a computer in order to use their platform. I enjoy the opportunities to 'earn' bonus points, such as Working Out, or volunteering. I appreciate that it also shares any birthdays and organizational anniversaries so that one can make that person's milestone feel extra special!

I do not have anything to say that I dislike! Love it all!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I feel that this platform brings my workplace community together, no matter where everyone is located. It also allows to recognize other departments, like shared services too. It definitely helps with the employee engagement and employee recognition.
