Nothing but positive experience with FreeCall, but overall there are other tools that can be used.

What do you like best?

I liked the fact that I could use it to communicate at my work place. I didn't like agents to have my personal phone number so I would use this communication tool all the time

What do you dislike?

I didn't have a dislike about this took. The only issue I had was that I started using google voice because it was connected to my google account.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This has been a life slaver to our business because during the time that we did use this tool, we were able to use it with every department in our building. This was a communication tool that didn't require me or other higher up management to give out their personal phone numbers to our agents. The agents were still able to communicate with us. In this way I was able to reach out to our new higher training classes as well which was a huge life saver!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like I said before businesses can use this tool if they don't want clients, agents, or even interviewees/new hires to have their phone numbers. Being able to contact people through this tool was benefiting us as a company.
