What do you like best?

I found Exceed.ai through luck, it was at a time my business development team were struggling to generate deals and we just didn't have visibility. The tool provides a huge amount of analytics through sequences, and can capture qualification criteria using questions and answers functionality. It's also got an extensive list of integrations which makes it a no-brainer.

What do you dislike?

Language for us is the only challenge as we operate in English and Spanish, but to be honest we've found that it's not 100% needed for success.
