Terrible Support, Abusive Pricing Policies, Not recommended for serious businesses.

What do you like best?

I thought it would be good to learn more about our customers/users with Clearbit. Was left disappointed.

What do you dislike?

The support takes 2 weeks to get back at you, but only if you keep following up.

Several errors in the software and inaccurate data.

The pricing policy does not mention overcharges (not on the homepage, nor in the term of conditions) despite this they will charge you more than it was promised.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I thought it would be good to learn more about our customers/users with Clearbit. Was left disappointed.
