CTM - Full Featured

What do you like best?

Easily imports information into CRM for tracking and follow-up. It also allows us to generate reports for tracking our Ad spend with Google, Bing and other social media outlets. Call Tracking Metrics easily integrates with our Google Ad Words campaigns and allows us to make more use of our advertising dollars.

What do you dislike?

Some of the forms are not fully customizable. But give us the full features we need.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would use this product to help improve customer relations. The software is easy to use and set up is just as easy. The interface is great for our sales team. The leads that have been produced has helped our dollar stretch further than we could have imagined possible. The support has been helpfult and the solutions have come quickly. Their customer service has been available to us to help us with integration, set up and troubleshooting.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to record and listen back to calls for quality assurance. It easily allows our sales team to import calls as Leads into Salesfocea, and track our spend and conversion rate. We are able to easily convert these leads in to opportunities and find out how every dollar is being spent. This allows us to budget and adapt to our market and the ever changing Google platform. We are able to track leads as well as improve our customer relationships through our follow-up.
