Next-Generation Forecasting

What do you like best?

Aviso is easy to use, provides unique insights and has become our go-to system for sales forecasting. We tried for several years to get the kind of insight and develop systems using Salesforce, but we could never get there. With Aviso, the insight and understanding of our forecast is there on Day 1. Aviso has up-leveled our Sales Management team and enables them to focus on more proactive issues. The support through their CS function is also fantastic.

What do you dislike?

Aviso has a limited amount of configuration capabilities to modify the views and ways to ingest the data from your CRM, so it does require heavy reliance on their CS function (which is great). However, I see this as important as their technology evolves. I also would like to see more grading and scoring on out-quarter opportunities.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Accurate forecasting and proactive manager engagement on deals of concern in the pipeline.
