At&t's contact center has always been extremely helpful for all my business needs.

What do you like best?

They are always available to help with my questions and are quick to respond with the best answers. AT&T's contact center has always been extremely helpful for all my door to door sales needs. They have gone above and beyond to help answer all our questions and we never had any issues with their contact center. They are top notch and real people. They always look at the customer's best wishes.

What do you dislike?

At this time, there is nothing I dislike about AT&T contact center. They have been available when we needed them and they have always been knowledgeable about their products. They have never given us a hard time when we asked for something. Top notch service.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

When you are looking for a good contact center, look no further than AT&T's contact center. They are an amazing group of people to work with. No matter if you are in the direct sales (door to door business) like us or you are a retail store owner. They have always been willing and able to help with our every need. They have gone above and beyond customer service to help with our needs. Even the most challenging circumstances have been resolved with either a brief phone call or two to three simple emails. They deserve customer service awards for their staff. They continue to promise and deliver high quality results.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had some iPads that needed to be deactivated as they were no longer in use. We realized we had to use the AT&T contact center to complete this step. I called and the phone was answered right away (no waiting time). The representative was very knowledgeable and jumped right in to help with our needs. I was placed on a brief hold, due to the amount of iPads we were working with, and at the end of the hold the account was exactly the way we asked. We didn't have to call back several times to accomplish our goal. Top notch service.
