Great for mining leads on Linkedin

What do you like best?

You can find new connections/leads easily. There are so many powerful tools here that allow you to find great leads, and send them Inmail - Linkedin's direct mail system - even if they aren't a 1st level connection.

If you are actively looking for business-focused leads, this is a great tool.

What do you dislike?

Steep learning curve without guidance. There is so much data available here it really helps when someone can guide you. If you don't have that it may take a lot of effort to find the useful features and you'll probably miss some.

You are limited in the amount of Inmail you can send each month. If you want to use Inmail, use it sparingly so it is most effective.

If you can get connected to one of the LinkedIn Account Executives, they can be quite helpful in training you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Finding new leads and new connections I would have otherwise missed.
