Cloudapp in my work

What do you like best?

My two favorite things in CloudApp are GIF and editing capabilities. This allows me to quickly understand what I do and send it to my clients and brochures. I also didn't think I'd like the self-discharge feature, but when I try to quickly capture something for a colleague, it's great to be able to quickly paste the link into the clipboard and paste it into Slack.

What do you dislike?

I really don't know what I don't like about CloudApp anymore. Reasonable price and expected very small errors (such as the need to repeat Zendisk integration often) mean that I have no complaints here.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Knowingly try to use it more. Try to use it actively from the very beginning, it will help you create different situations and a good screenshot or recording can better guide your clients.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to CloudApp I can quickly record what I do on screen and use it for customer/product training, and since I started using CloudApp, I send more screenshots and recordings and have fewer control questions.
