Want to offload the tracking calculation of commissions

What do you like best?

Easy integration with Hubspot.

Flexible and helpful staff who worked to ensure that their system would fit our needs.

Not having to renter information

Not having to track and calculate commissions in a spreadsheet.

The staff and support during integration was great. They were on top of things making sure that it was fitting our needs and made the necessary adjustments for us.

What do you dislike?

It turned out that not all of our calculations were supported, but their staff did not give up or say it would not be supported. They were able to find a workaround that would work for us.

Having so many categories I had to do a lot of repetative tasks. Would have appreciated a way copy paths and sync configurations.

Their UI is simple and straight forward, but is divided in several pages, so there is a lot of clicking through to configure paths or syncronoizations. Would have preferred a single page where each element could be configured in one go instead of clicking thorugh menus.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We can take the information we enter into Hubspot and reuse that information in Quotapath to calculate commissions. Using Quotapath saves us from having to re-enter the information again, reducing data entry. We not longer need to use a spreadsheet to track and calculate the commissions.
