Infinity: Providing the insight we could only dream of

What do you like best?

From my perspective, some of the most valuable features and functions of Infinity are:

- The top one would be Conversational Analytics, allowing us to dig into the conversations that consumers and clients are having with our business. Instrumental is the ability to add in any keywords we want to track and focus solely on those calls to drive our marketing efforts, identify training requirements, etc.

- We can manage available extra features without any support from Infinity, for example, Missed Call Email Alerts, Post Call Rating, Call Announcements, and the creation of Fixed Numbers.

- Ease of use across several different functions of our business. Whether you're just someone with access to do a bit of call listening or if you're managing the full utilisation, Infinity has made everything user friendly and intuitive.

- Finally, I would also say that the team from Infinity are fantastic to work with. Whether you require something from the support team or if you want to run an idea past the client success team, they're always there, ready to help in any way they can, swiftly.

What do you dislike?

Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that is a downside per se. We'd love to have specific functionality, but thankfully their product team is highly receptive to client feedback.

One thing that would help, primarily due to the way we operate as a business, would be to allow for more conditional filtering rules, e.g., using AND & OR to build complex filters and save them within the Infinity Hub itself.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As my review shows, I can't recommend Infinity enough. But if you're on the fence, all I can say is test it out to see how would work for you. Testing is very straightforward with the team from Infinity.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- The nature of our marketing-generated calls (are they new business opportunities or ongoing business calls).

- A more accurate view of ROAS.

- Insight into the heart of conversations that can help drive our advertising activity, product development, etc.

- Complete visibility of calls and how they're handled by our staff, which easily allows for more targeted training.
