What do you like best?

The auto messaging system in my campaigns works flawlessly. I first had my doubts that the messages I created, with help of Zopto's guaidance, would be effective and come accross as a person rather than a robot. To my surprise I have had no issues with other claiming I havecome across impersonal, and in fact I have had a large reach to response ratio. I would not be able to have reached the hundreds of people on my own without giving up hours of my day.

What do you dislike?

I had issues with LinkedIn logging me out in the beginning. But Zopto changed the server address I was using and resolved my problem. To elaborate, LinkedIn noticed there was something unusual going on with my account, so to prevent the case of someone hacking into my account LinkedIn kept logging me out. I reached out to my Zopto connection and she did a great job of understanding my situation and resolving it. It appears the the previous server I was on might have been too far from my location and was triggering LinkedIn to think it wasn't me.

Use a Boolean search on LinkedIn to help create a targeted audience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I needed help saving time reaching people on LinkedIn. Manually messaging and connecting was a huge time waster. But the automation process allows me to do my job while reaching out to people in the background.
