Fantastic Free CRM For Growing Businesses

What do you like best?

I have been using Zoho for my startup company for years now, and I've never had an issue. My favorite tool is the ability to add new email accounts. Not that my company is growing, I am getting ready to transfer to a paid plan. They gave me free service for my business email for years now. I didn't send tons of emails but being able to create quite a few emails with my domain is just incredible. I hope they don't remove the free feature because I would never have used them otherwise. Their new look makes their solution look super sleek while still allowing backward compatibility, allowing for the full range of features.

What do you dislike?

There is one thing that Zoho MUST fix on their site. When you paste HTML into an email template, their software adds in their own divs and other formatting. This breaks every email template I have tried and my own custom ones. It works in their mass mailer but not business email. Fixing this will make Zoho CRM the ultimate tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to wait long enough for your domains to verify. There may be up to a 24-hour delay. Watch a movie and check back. The file upload verification method didn't seem to work when I verified my first domain, but it has probably been fixed since then.

I use CRM exclusively to manage email for my domains.
