What do you like best?
It's a valuable source of ideas and competitive intelligence for any business that seeks to improve direct mail performance. The interface is easy to use, and the brands that WMW captures comprise the vast majority of the nation's premier mailers.
What do you dislike?
Users need to be aware that it is impossible for any service to capture all mailing activity. The WCM panel covers virtually every state, but as direct mailers get better at refining their targeting, they mail fewer pieces which reduces the likelihood that WCM can capture all mail activity.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our goal in using WMW is to see how other direct marketers are using offers, design advances, format tests, and copy tactics. Every time we visit WMW , we come away with several interesting ideas to test for our clients.
