Advanced user of Similarweb ProEasy User Interface and supposedly promised good features, that in reality wasn't refelcted in terms of data availability or accuracy.
Once subscribed, most of the regions we subscribed to had no data or the data we got was laughed at by clients as the discrepancies were unrealistically high.
Such a high price and still couldn't get the job done that I was using the free version of other solutions that were even moore helpful.
Waited for weeks for a solution or response from the account management and got no response nor our problem was solved.
Try other solutions and avoid at all costs if you are looking for rich and accurate insights.
At the demo phase it seemed like the best solution available but after 6 months it became evident that it was a wasted investment after clients' feedback on the shared insights on their business and as the team slowly started using free versions of competing solutions and then ended subscribing for them.
