What do you like best?

What I love most about WebEngage,

1. Minimalistic UI.

2. Compatibility with GTM (Love this feature).

3. Easy to configure 3 rd party service providers.

4.Powerful event-based analytics dashboard.

5. Easy to create customer journies & in-depth analysis.

6. Unique conversion attribution system.

7. Reflective campaign analysis.

What do you dislike?

There's is nothing to "dislike" in WebEngage, but I would like to make some suggestion,

1. Add Google ads audience exporting.

2. Add some more advanced customer analytics solutions like RFM, customer churn prediction, conversion probability, etc.

3. Automatically enable the winning variation for all users of a campaign after a certain time period.

4. Edit campaign content after enabling a customer journey.
