What do you like best?

One of the most helpful features is the calculation of indirect rates. We feel confident about passing DCAA audits with the reporting capabilities, procedures, and traceability Unanet provides.

We have found Unanet's pricing to be very competitive with companies offering similar services. As a small business with limited resources, we critically evaluated multiple tools and technologies before deciding to use Unanet. After three years, I can confidently say we made the right choice.

The Knowledge Center is one of Unanet's best support features. Not only does it provide step-by-step instructions for all its functions, but its comprehensive list of answers to FAQs means virtually any issue we have has been addressed and well documented on the site.

When we do request support, either via a submitted ticket online or email to our Customer Success Manager, the issue is addressed, if not completely resolved, on the same day.

What do you dislike?

The system is weak on both business analytics and integration capabilities with other applications. Analytics and app integrations are advertised, but in reality, they are very frequently a customized, expensive process to incorporate.

Unanet has moved to annual billing, meaning we purchase the entire year's licenses at one time. When this transition occurred, along with rate increases per license, it had a non-trivial effect on our budget.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Unanet provides valuable insight into our overhead and G&A expenses, enabling us to ensure all expenditures add value.

Unanet's project planning and forecasting features help us to accurately estimate resources, expenses, and profit for future projects.
