Wish It Offered Multi-Jurisdiction Taxes in a Single Invoice

What do you like best?

Seems to be a great overall accounting platform. It definitely has it's strengths but the program seems to be very rigid and doesn't allow for certain tasks. It also has it's own language which means you have to use a 3rd party application to tie different programs together. That in itself can be a nightmare becuase you're almost having to do double entry to make sure everything comes over correctly.

What do you dislike?

When we have multijurisdictional invoices like drop ship invoices, we end up having to separate the single invoice into many different sub-invoices. I usually just add an A or B to the end of the invoice but there have been times when I've gone through the whole alphabet several times and it gets pretty annoying. I wish they'd find a solution to that to save us all time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to keep a better handle on the dollars coming in and out. I like the budgeting function. I also like the reporting and that you can customize reports.
