What do you like best?
-Integration of accounting with project management.
-Review process for invoicing, this works well.
-Dashboards, widgets and inquiries.
-Varied roles for security and access.
What do you dislike?
-Not having the option for project managers to review/approve employee expense reports. PMs don't see expenses hitting their projects until after expenses are processed, which is too late to make changes if an employee charges to the wrong project/phase. Supervisors aren't always aware of the correct options. This creates extra work for accounting and PMs at the client invoice stage when charges have to be moved.
-Function of correcting rejected time on timesheets is ineffective - why aren't employees able to just change the project/phase without entering a new line and deleting rejected line?
-Need a better and more complete list of custom formulas to use in inquiries and widgets, it's often needed to use a custom formula and it's difficult/time consuming to find a formula that is needed. It would be helpful to have a "custom formula builder" that lists all the options and produces the SQL formula.
