What do you like best?

Is the best option I have found to manage my clients, invoices and expenses in an easily way while having a clear portrait of their financial status. The invoices options allow the users to send beautiful invoices.

What do you dislike?

It is cloud-based and automated; therefore, the user's data is stored in the safest way possible, but I would like and installed version on windows OS. The web application works pretty well but sometimes I feel comfortable with a windows or Mac version. Other thing is the short list of two supported languages: French and English. I would like to work with an Spanish versions, or Portuguese, since I work with Brazilian and Spanish clients giving them project management services.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is one of the best options if your are an entrepreneur. A easy way to manage your expenses and clients' invoices. The report feature archives the previous years of activity to allow users to go back in time quickly and find some information from the reports. provides a guided workflow for estimate creation and sending and the ability to convert those estimates into invoices. Users can track all communications with clients and show whether messages were received or opened. The solution is able to manage all client information such as address, currency, language and contact information.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was working on billing, invoicing and expenses tracking. It allows freelancers keep track of their work done, expenses, and travels in the provided calendar. We used the invoicing feature for tracking of the invoices by alerting the users because our clients received the invoices and they opened the invoices.
