A good system held back by a bad customer service.
What do you like best?
The overall system is easy to setup and works well. It has features you would expect from a Call center.
What do you dislike?
Awful and incompetent customer service holds this back from being a great system. If you need changes or there are issues I hope you have alot of free time because your going to be on the phone with there customer service alot. Basic changes can take weeks to get done you will be opening ticket after ticket in till you finally get someone who is not incompetent. If you like wasting your resources then this is a good product for you to buy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Train your damn teams, its really really bad when you need to call in 6-9 times to get something changed or done its a waste of your customers time and your time. Fix this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
None if anything it has caused more problems then it has fixed. Again always something wrong with the system that requires someone on there back end to fix. But once again no one knows what they are doing over there.
