Streamlined, AI-Powered ATS

What do you like best?

1) The Team: While I have been impressed by their technological prowess, nothing beats a team that is responsive, listens deeply to the customer, and makes updates accordingly. Every email I send is responded to within 24 hours and their internal rule is that "if the request is a 30 minute change we will do it right away." Even in the course of a few short weeks they have updated and responded to myriad requests. It's like seeing the product continue to blossom right before my eyes. Their team continues to blow me away.

2) The way the team has infused AI into the process of streamlining the application process which makes it simple for recruiters who are sorting through hundreds of resumes to suss out the top applicants and move them forward.

3) It's just useful: I have found the ability to customize and streamline exceedingly simple. Integrating recruitment partners is seamless.

What do you dislike?

Dislike is a strong word and there is nothing I dislike about the platform. Perhaps the way to put it is that I am eager to see them grow into an end to end HR management tool eventually as I would like to keep the full life-cycle in one platform. It would also be helpful to have an onboarding process that was a bit more intuitive as once you get going you can really see the power of the tool, but it takes a bit to really get the hang of things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Let them show you around an active/complete set-up. Only then will you be able to understand the true power of the Turbohire experience.

We are solving candidate tracking, job posting, and streamlining the interview process.

It is seamless to post jobs on myriad websites and have candidates stream directly into the ATS. When at first I had set up LinkedIn to flow into my email I was overwhelmed, but with a few simple clicks I was able to redirect candidates to Turbohire which streamlined and sorted the entire process.

Also - their API integrations are dead simple, and if they don't integrate with your required product, just write them and ask. You will be amazed at how responsive and thoughtful the team is.
