Disjointed system w/ major sync issues; not intuitive and creates daily frustrations.
What do you like best?
Ability to add UDAs to capture additional data at multiple levels within the system has helped with ability to centralize data within one tool
What do you dislike?
Multiple issues with sync between Core & Space - we have properties that get purged in Core but don't get removed from Space and new building are added in Core but don't propagate to Space and updates to building level UDAs is generating an error that can't seem to be fixed. Overall, application structure is convoluted and creates errors with high impact - system was more stable prior to update to AWS/v35.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Fully evaluate product against all requirements and be sure you have thorough understanding of Core/Space - we have struggled with support from Trimble and having techs who are comfortable with both sides of the application.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Color by options for floor plans is helpful for different departments, however, space status of Partially Occupied isn't always correct - we aren't seeing this updated space status for some spaces where occupancy is less than capacity.
