User friendly platform with high capabilities

What do you like best?

While we're still discovering all of its features, my team and I are extremely happy with the versatility and flexibility that Trengo offers when it comes to customer engagement. The WebChat and WhatsApp integration work flawlessly, helping us reach our customers in an easier and practical way. As for our desk team, they appreciate Trengo's user interface which make it easier to manage and navigate throughout our different communication channels.

Another thing I'm personally thankful with, is Trengo's customer support. The Trengo team is always helpful and quick to assist/solve our doubts.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike. However I think the platform could benefit by implementing a more robust analytics engine and a smarter management of customer databases.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A more efficient way to communicate with our helpdesk team.
