Love Striven!

What do you like best?

Finally, a platform that allows our entire team to service the customer from start to finish. No more jumping in and out of other programs to complete our daily tasks. Our customers and vendors appreciate the convenience of access to their documents 24/7 as well. Everthings web based to boot. Striven is Great!

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike? My only recommendation would be a linked app for field communication.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great platform that allows your team to service customers within one place. Do not try to make Striven the ERP you are using now. If you open your eyes to something new and better, you'll find that Striven can exceed your expectations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The ability to keep invoicing, PO's, communications, and billing all linked to each order is priceless. Compiling all information within the Sales Order allows us to go back to analyze and consult with the customer if they have questions at a later date.
