What do you like best?

The software is constructed logically, so you don't need to know everything from top to bottom in order to find what you are looking for. It's easy to become familiar with it. I mostly used it for inventory management, and it did a pretty good job. Fast and easy to use software, not much training is required for employees. However, because of the wide variety of functions, it takes a lot of time to learn everything and use the software to its best capabilities. Is this enough to receive the ten pound voucher now? It really takes a lot of writing.

What do you dislike?

The software has too much functions and information sometimes makes it harder to find what you are looking for. This makes it a bit inneficient for first time users, nevertheless it is easy to get around. It is not fully automated, orders are not send to suppliers immediately. Instead, you have to print them, and send them to each supplier manually. This means that you have to have their phones and email addresses handy and with you all of the time. This lack of automation makes the process slower and inneficient in terms of time and effort.

Managing supplies, invoices and requisitions within the department. Quick to use software, however, it provides no direct contact with suppliers, I have to email each order to every one of them.
