Overwhelming Software Lacking Intuitive Flow

What do you like best?

The software is all encompassing and has a great deal to offer in terms of functionality. For a company with multiple departments, warehouses, and locations, this will work great.

What do you dislike?

The software is involved to a fault, complicated, and confusing. There are dozens of steps for simple tasks. Though you will be sold by their salespeople that this is ideal for any size company, please consider it may not be ideal if you do not have multiple locations, warehouses, or people to pick up extra data entry work. This is ideal for larger companies with multiple departments and locations, that have multiple people handling various roles within those departments. The system is glitchy when entering data (this occurred not only while using alone, but with representatives from the company), and correct data entry is the crux of this system working correctly for reporting. The screens have multiple fields and you must know which ones need to be filled out for reporting to work accurately, however, all fields are visible with multiple tabs showing on screens. The sheer layout makes it challenging to learn the system. The system does not auto fill at times when it would be appropriate, and navigating between fields and screens is not seamless. Quite frankly, it is beyond frustrating. You cannot keep a screen up and navigate to another to check on a piece of information; you need to open a different session to do so. You can easily be locked out of the hosted version if you mis-enter your password twice, and it may take some time to get back up and running.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend receiving a proper demo and really considering the bulky qualities to this software and envision how that will impact your day-to-day operations.
